Horizon Auto Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility:
- Open to legal residents of California, Washington, Florida, and Texas who are at least 21 years old at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors of Horizon Auto, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies, and immediate family members or household members of such persons are not eligible to participate.
2. Sweepstakes Period:
- Begins on May 3, 2024, at 12:00 PM Pacific Time and ends on May 10, 2024, at 12:00 PM Pacific Time. Entries submitted outside this period are void.
3. How to Enter:
- Participants must join the designated subreddit and complete the online entry form on the Horizon Auto website. Required information includes name, phone number, zip code, desired car, monthly payment budget, and purchase timeline.
- Limit one entry per person. Attempts to submit multiple entries, including through multiple accounts, will result in disqualification.
4. Prize:
- One winner will receive a broker deal from Horizon Auto, with an $888 service fee waiver and a pre-negotiated car deal.
- The prize is non-transferable. No cash or other substitution is permitted, except by Horizon Auto, who reserves the right to substitute a prize with another of comparable or greater value.
5. Winner Selection and Notification:
- A random drawing will be conducted on or about May 11, 2024, from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries.
- The winner will be notified by email or phone and must respond within 7 days to claim their prize. If a winner cannot be contacted, is disqualified, or fails to timely execute and return any required documents, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
6. General Conditions:
- Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Terms and Conditions and to Horizon Auto’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.
- Horizon Auto reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Horizon Auto’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Horizon Auto in its sole discretion.
7. Data Protection:
- Personal information collected from participants is subject to Horizon Auto’s privacy policy and will be used for the purpose of administering the Sweepstakes, including contacting and publicly announcing the winner. Additionally, this information may be used by Horizon Auto for internal marketing and outreach purposes.
8. Liability and Release:
- By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Horizon Auto, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective agents from any claim arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize.
9. Governing Law:
- These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
10. Dispute Resolution:
- All disputes arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in California.
